MEET THE TEAM
Always having a passion for everything 'Chicago', I decided to pursue a career in Residential Real Estate after getting a degree in finance from the University of Iowa. Having grown up in the city and getting to know the different neighborhoods well, I have always loved being in Chicago. Since becoming a licensed broker in 2012 I have closed over $30M in sales and continue to grow every year. I strive to make every client satisfied by always being responsive and available. I am working for you to get you the best possible outcome for your situation, whether it be buying, selling, investing, rehabbing, renting or any other housing needs one may have. From having professional pictures taken before listing a home to accompanying showings, I make sure you are always informed of where we are in the process. I also am working with a team of experienced contractors renovating and flipping homes in the city and nearby northern suburbs. Feel free to contact me with any questions, I'd love to hear from you.

A passion for helping others and a lifelong love for Chicago are the driving forces in both Zach Richardson’ s real estate career and personal life.
Growing up as a 4th generation Chicago native, Zach is enthralled by anything Chicago. From its architecture and urban development to its people and neighborhoods, there's not an aspect of Chicago he hasn't studied or appreciated. That passion and pursuit of knowledge and understanding is foundation through which he has created his real estate career.
By taking the time to listen to the needs of his clients, Zach is able to make a connection and help them through a process that can otherwise be very stressful and emotional. He is your advocate through every step of the real estate process and will make sure you come out getting exactly what you deserve!
Before his career as an agent, he spent his early twenties in a variety of different industries that awarded him the opportunity to travel and meet people all around the globe. He wanted to learn through doing, and though he loved his work as an account manager and professional baseball umpire, it was his love and appreciation for Chicago that drew him back and into his career as a real estate professional.
When he's not working, you could find Zach:
- Spending with family and friends
- Watching/ playing/ officiating sports
- Dogs. Anything dog related.
When you're thinking of buying or selling, go with someone you know is passionate about helping you achieve your real estate goals!
